General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Laredo Web Designs, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms of service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Laredo Web Designs.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Laredo Web Designs team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maintenance and Additional Costs

The monthly service includes maintenance (depending on the plan), such as content updates (text changes, image replacements, and minor adjustments).

Any additional work, including repairs, structural modifications, development of new features, or changes beyond the original project scope, will incur extra charges, which will be quoted based on the specific requirements.

Changes to Pricing and Services:

We reserve the right to modify our prices and update our service usage policies. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance to our clients.

Clients with an existing agreed-upon price or plan will not be affected by future price increases, as long as their service remains active and uninterrupted.

Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with our services. However, as we work on custom projects and digital services, the following conditions apply:

• If you are not satisfied with our service, we are open to discussing your case to find a solution or consider a partial refund.
• Work Time is Chargeable: If you request cancellation after work has begun, you will be charged for the time already worked up to the cancellation date.
• Monthly Payments are Non-Refundable: If you are on a monthly payment plan and decide to cancel, monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, and the time spent working on your project will still be charged.
• Source Code and Website Delivery: To receive the source code and final website files, you must pay the equivalent of at least 1 year of service.
• Lack of Response: If you fail to respond to our requests or do not provide the required information to proceed with the project for more than 15 business days, the project will be considered paused. Additional fees may apply to resume work depending on the downtime and schedule adjustments.
• If the project is abandoned or remains inactive for an extended period, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services under the following circumstances:

• Non-Payment: If you fail to make timely payments, we may suspend your website and halt all services.
• Lack of Response: If you fail to respond to our communications for more than 15 business days, we may temporarily suspend your service. Additional charges may apply to resume services.
• Permanent Cancellation: If payment is not made after a suspension, we may permanently terminate the service, with no refund for the unused period.
• Termination for Breach: This agreement will be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of these terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the website and any provided resources and delete any copies in your possession.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the modification date at the top will be updated.

Additionally, we will notify our existing clients of any significant updates via email to ensure you are informed without needing to visit our website. Continued use of our services after these changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
